Leslie H. Cox is the Broker Owner of Cox Commercial specializing in the sale and acquisition of income producing properties in Texas. With over 20 years of experience, Cox has secured over 150 transactions in his career.
Mr. Cox owned a Sperry Van Ness franchise in Texas from 2003 until April 2008. Prior to opening a Sperry Van Ness office, Leslie was president of Brazos Valley Realty in Texas and vice president of Western Centers, Inc. in Colorado. In addition to representing small to medium sized investment groups, Cox has also represented banks and government entities in the disposition of REO properties.
Cox is a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute and is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation.
